We take great care to ensure your jewellery is packed with love and delivered safely to your doorstep.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship all across India.
If you want to place a bulk or custom order, please contact us before checkout.
2. Processing Time
All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Customized jewellery may take 3–4 business days before dispatch.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
For orders below ₹600, a ₹50 shipping fee will be charged.
For orders above ₹600, shipping is completely free.
There are no hidden or extra delivery charges at checkout.
4. Delivery Time
After dispatch, your jewellery will usually arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note: Delivery time may vary slightly due to courier or regional delays, especially during festive seasons.
5. Order Tracking
We handle every order personally to ensure smooth and secure delivery.
That’s why live order tracking is not available at the moment.
However, you can always contact us for an update on your shipment.
6. Packaging
Each piece of jewellery is carefully packed in a premium Nishaya box, ensuring it reaches you safely and beautifully presented — ready to gift or wear.
